Juliana has completed Level 1 and Level 2 trainings in trauma informed yoga therapy. She is also a certified space holder for Y12SR (yoga and 12 step recovery) meetings. She believes that yoga helps people become the best versions of themselves. Juliana likes to find the humor in daily life and brings that into her personal practice.
Mike began practicing yoga about 15 years ago and has been a teacher at LoveYoga since 2012. Mike loves that yoga is a physical and spiritual practice for all ages and his own practice has kept him grounded through rough times. Mike has practiced law for many years in Beaumont and is the father of 4 wonderful kids, 2 great daughters-in law, and 3 amazing grandchildren. Namaste.

Her teaching focuses on finding a balance between strength and stability. Yoga can be practiced at any age or stage and Jessica makes sure that all levels are comfortable in her classes.
